Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with WoollyWool. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
Returns
If you are a consumer located in the Netherlands or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at woollywoolnl@gmail.com.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable.

Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.
Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made products.

Personalized products.

Made-to-order products.

Products created according to customer specifications.

Items that have been customized, engraved, printed, or otherwise modified specifically for the customer.

Any products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch or EU consumer laws.
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has begun. By placing an order for a custom or personalized product, you acknowledge and agree that the order is final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent.
